Dr. Abin Vijayan has over 12 years of experience in pediatrics and neonatology and has worked in various tertiary care centers. He is specialized in taking care of premature babies starting from 500 grams in the neonatal intensive care unit. He was one of the PRIME doctors who conducted the first double exchange blood transfusion procedure in the NICU to save a critically ill baby. He is an expert in issues related to low birth weight, newborns, premature babies, Immunization, Syndromic babies, Infants, and all children up to 15 years.
Dr. Abin Vijayan completed his pediatric and neonatal training at India’s third-best institute, AIMS, Kochi. He has written a book in the field of pediatrics, “JUST BEFORE EXAM’ by Paras publication for young doctors, and is a lecturer for medical students and nursing students back in India. He is a member of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP)
