Mr. Shatrujeet Kumar Rai, a senior Hospital Administrator with over 26 years of experience in Health Care Administration / Operations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology and a Master’s degree in Hospital management. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001-2000. Mr. Rai has spent the major part of his career with Apollo Group of Hospitals, serving the group for over 14 years. During this period, he served the group in different capacities at various places in India and Bangladesh. Before joining Prime Hospital, Mr. Rai was serving Jaslok Hospital & Research Centre- Mumbai as Chief Operating Officer, looking after the overall Hospital Operations including Maintenance and Engineering services and heading the Hospital refurbishment project. He brings in over 26 years of rich experience in Hospital Operations, Quality and Management systems. Possess expertise in conceptualizing and implementing SOP’s, process improvement, resource allocation and costing. He has a proven track record of management skills with an effective combination of assuming multiple responsibilities and innovations to consistently meet the corporate goals. Mr. Rai’s special areas of interest include Hospital Operation, Hospital Quality and System & process Auditing for delivering quality care.
